HEARTIS WACO

The Heartis Waco Senior Living community includes a single story, 61 unit assisted living facility as well as a single story, 26 unit memory care facility. The project is designed in a familiar central Texas vernacular to give an aesthetic that creates a home-like environment where senior adults can live well by engaging with friends, neighbors and communities in enjoyable, energetic ways. Several courtyard spaces exist to offer gathering areas and connection to the outdoors. In conjunction with Katus (architects).
